The woman helping me went out of her way to assist, offered to write on the cakes, and took her time even though they were about to close. The cakes were delicious, and her thoughtfulness made the experience feel special and allowed me to surprise my wife and start the weekend on a great note. Excellent customer service and a memorable visit. I will definitely be back."
