SIXT Rent a Car Dallas Fort Worth Intl. Airport

"Excellent service at Sixt DFW! Michael J was professional, kind, and very helpful. He handled my situation with understanding and made everything smooth and stress-free. I have worked with Sixt DFW many times and the staff are always friendly and professional. The cars they provide are always very nice. I have never had a negative experience here so far. 👌🏻 My only small wish is that the front glass and windows could be cleaned inside and out when the cars are washed, but that seems to be an issue with all rental cars 😁"

"I would like to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Crick during my recent rental car pickup. Crick was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a smooth experience. He understood exactly what a customer needs and went above and beyond to help me. His patience, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire process quick and stress-free. Because of employees like Crick, customers feel valued and are happy to return. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and hope he receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you for having such a dedicated team member. Sincerely, Nuthan"

"Best rental car experience ever. After flying in late and waiting in line. Mrs Lan made the pick up process go smoothly. She was very kind and patient. It was a very pleasant experience. During drop off Daniel was attentive and able to assist me with clearing charges quickly. This was my first renting with Sixt but Lan and Daniel are the reason I’m coming back… Thank you 🙏🏾"
