RITUAL ONE

"One of the most difficult workouts I’ve ever done. Did the strength class and it is a kick in the butt but you feel great after you’re done. Great culture here, instructor pushes you hard. Probably the best fitness class in Dallas. They also have showers and sauna. Bring a change of clothes because you will be drenched after."

"This is one of the best hot yoga/pilates studios in Dallas and rivals those found in NY, SF and any major city. They have the most fit and inspiring teachers and get ready to SWEAT. The studio can be a bit challenging to find the first time, so make sure you have enough time to park, walk, and search. It took me a few times to figure out where to walk. It’s a good warmup!"

"That was my first class at Ritual One and I loved it! Blair pushed us hard and did a terrific job explaining the moves. She was also funny and her playlist was on point, which made for a really enjoyable Sunday afternoon. The outdoor patio cool down area is also a nice feature. Will be back soon. Thanks! 💪🏼⚡️"
