"It was a great experience overall. The reception area is clean with pleasant atmosphere. The ladies checking you in are professional, courteous and friendly. Wait time is short. And the staff is great! I had Dr Victoria (Dr Tory) which is my favourite doctor in my whole lifetime of doctors appointments! She is personable, professional, knowledgeable and patient. She really cares about her patients. Plus, the lab lady Michelle is so awesome , kind and caring. You really can’t find people like this anymore. I have very difficult veins to tap into and she was very good at drawing my blood. I recommend this practice to anyone trying to find real care."
