Alex Prins Real Estate Agent - Compass

"We have had the pleasure of working with Alex on several of his listings and it's clear why he is a top agent in Dallas. Alex doesn't cut corners on anything, his home staging is always impeccable, and he treats his clients like royalty. Photographing such beautiful homes is a blast!"

"Alex was knowledgeable and more than helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our new property in Oak Lawn. We don't live in Dallas and were working from a distance to find a second home and despite that, Alex did an extraordinary job of keeping us in the loop. He never hesitated to conference with us via email and phone and answer all of our questions. We had a long list of homes we were interested in seeing, and he created an efficient schedule so we could see everything we wanted to during our day visit to Dallas. Alex knew what to show us and what to suggest based on what we were looking for and never wasted a moment of our time showing us homes that didn't fit our preferences. In fact, he helped us find the perfect property for us! Once we selected a home, Alex was a gem throughout the entire buying process. He answered every question, had our best interests in mind, and worked hard to move quickly on our deal and make it happen! I will trust him with all of our real estate needs in Dallas from here on out, and thanks to him we got the home we truly wanted and are beyond excited to move in. Couldn't have done it without him!"

"Alex was absolutely spectacular when it came to selling our home for the right price. He was always very helpful and made everything so much less stressful. Everything went smoothly because of all his hard work and dedication to my wife and I as we sold our home. I would recommend him to anybody searching or selling around the Dallas area. He’s honest and trustworthy when it comes to being a realtor and that’s everything people need when going through a major purchase."
